Someone just died?
- Call the masjid’s funeral committee first. If the death was at home and unexpected, call 911 before anyone else.
- Ask them: who does the ghusl, what time the janazah prayer will be, which funeral home they work with, and whether there is a plot in a Muslim cemetery.
- Then take it one step at a time. What to do when a Muslim dies in New Jersey.
